Bettelli Laboratory

The Bettelli lab studies the pathways that modulate Th17 cells and develop strategies to block or enhance their functions.

Bolouri Laboratory

The Bolouri lab is interested in developing and applying computational systems immunology methods to better understand immune dysregulation in auto-immunity, cancer, and infection (most recently COVID-19).

Buckner Laboratory

The Buckner lab focuses on identifying the underlying mechanisms by which the adaptive immune response to self-antigens becomes pathogenic in the setting of human autoimmune disease.

Campbell Laboratory

The Campbell lab is interested in further exploring this intricate relationship between lymphocyte function and localization.

The Cerosaletti lab is interested in elucidating the impact of autoimmune and allergy genetic variants in T and B cell signaling pathways on the breakdown in immune tolerance in autoimmunity.

The Hamerman lab focuses on the regulation of the innate immune response to pathogens with an emphasis on macrophages and dendritic cells.

Harrison Laboratory

The Harrison Lab is focused on understanding the mechanisms controlling host-microbe interactions at barrier sites such as the skin and the gastrointestinal tract.

Dr. Mikacenic’s lab focuses on identifying the underlying mechanisms of certain lung diseases, such as Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS).

Wambre Laboratory

The Wambre lab is focused on understanding cellular and molecular mechanisms contributing to pathogenesis, regulation and functions of the adaptive immune system in disease pathways.

Ziegler Laboratory

The Ziegler lab investigates the genes and cell populations involved in controlling autoimmune responses, and the role of epithelial cytokines, like TSLP, in the regulation of barrier responses to infection and allergy. The lab has also found a novel role for TSLP in the regulation of tumor progression.
