Christopher Porter, MD

Background Information
Christphoer Porter, MD has served as Medical Director of BRI's Clinical Research Program at Virginia Mason since 2007. Dr. Porter is a board-certified urologic surgeon who has trained at Memorial Sloan-Kettering and has been at Virginia Mason for 10 years. He is co-director of the multidisciplinary testis cancer clinic and Urologic Oncology Fellowship Associate Clinical Professor at University of Washington.
Dr. Porter specializes in the surgical treatment of testicular cancer and his area of expertise includes urologic oncology, prostate cancer (MRI-based diagnosis, robotic prostatectomy, advanced prostate cancer), bladder cancer including radical cystectomy, testicular cancer treatment including treatment of advanced disease and complex retroperitoneal lymph node dissection (RPLND).
