• Individuals diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes within the past 100 days
• Ages 12-35 years

Long-Standing Type 1

Family Members:  Risk Assessment/ Prevention

• Individuals who have a first or second degree relative with Type 1 diabetes
• Individuals identified in the TrialNet Natural History Study as being at risk for developing type 1 diabetes
