Do you have type 1 diabetes n your family? If the answer is YES, help us to help you! Type 1 Diabetes TrialNet has exciting research opportunities for you and your family. TrialNet researchers work closely with the National Institutes of Health, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, the American Diabetes Association, and other renowned institutions. What studies are available?

• Risk screening and prevention studies for relatives of individuals with type 1 diabetes
• Intervention studies to preserve insulin production in individuals recently diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. This may help make type 1 diabetes more manageable and reduce the incidence of complications.
