What is the MK0646 for Patients with Advanced Cancer study?
This is a multicenter, open-label, non-randomized Phase Ib trial of MK-0646 conducted in three parts as an every other week one to two hour intravenous (IV) infusion.
Who can participate?
*Study not recruiting* (Direct patients to MK-2461 as that study has similar inclusion/exclusion criteria and is recruiting)
Patient must have a histologically-confirmed metastatic or locally advanced solid tumor that has failed to respond to standard therapy, progressed despite standard
therapy, or for which standard therapy does not exist. There is no limit on the number of prior treatment regimens.
